With Valentine’s Day around the corner, I highly suggest hosting a Galentine’s Night at home with your close friends!

Who doesn’t love an excuse to host a little party and get together with your girlfriends?!

Below you can find five simple steps on I like to plan ahead for a fun gals night.

How to Host a Galentine’s Night At Home

Stock Up on Wine

No gals night would be complete without multiple bottles of wine!

I don’t think any Valentine’s Day or ‘Galentine’s’ celebration would feel complete without fresh flowers.

Flowers from your grocery store always work (Trader Joe’s is always know for having good blooms!) or if you want to order a formal floral arrangements, some of my favorite florists are:

Plan Your ‘Girl Dinner’

As you all know, I am not much of a cook but I do think I can pull together some great hors d’oeuvres and yummy bites! My favorite resources are:

Frozen Cheese Puffs from Bougie Gougies – These bite-size French cheese puffs are delicious! The pre-made pastries ship frozen right to your door for you to store in your freezer and then can easily cook them in your oven in under 30 minutes!

Use Colorful Tablecloths + Cocktail Napkins

One of the final steps is to pull together your living room! Some items I tend to reach for while entertaining are:

Patterned tablecloths – I love the options from Julia Amory, Penny Morrison, and The Six Bells, to name a few)
Cocktail Napkins – some of my favorite cocktail napkins are from House of Gleason or Elizabeth Lake!
Candles – with food I typically avoid scented candles and instead light my simple hurricane candles.
