Montego Floral from Molly Moorkamp– Find me a more perfect pattern?! I am just in love with the Montego Floral print from Molly Moorkamp’s summer collection. Blue, white and florals – what is not to love.
Earlier this spring my mom ordered the Emma Skirt in this fabulous pattern and we both fell in love with it as soon as it arrived.
My friend Christie raved about the Lorena Dress in Navy – so I quickly copied her and ordered one for myself. Let me tell you – this dress is perfection. I can’t wait to wear it all summer long but also probably all year long. The dress is made of a perfect lightweight material that is so comfortable and easy to wear. This is a maxi dress you can easily wear to a casual weekend brunch one day but then to a fancy wedding the next weekend.
And just this week, Molly launched the pre-order for the same Lorena Dress in the Montigo Floral – but this time in a light pool blue shade. Do I need this colorway also..?! I’m trying to stay strong and tell myself I don’t. But I do love the dress so much that I am certainly tempted!
Rattan Waste Paper Basket – Did you see my Instagram Stories last week about waste paper baskets? Call me crazy, but I find joy in beautiful and elevated little luxuries. When possible, I think everything should be aesthetically appealing, from the large pieces of furniture in our home to the small items, like the trash bins. My favorite waste bin is this chic woven rattan option that is less than $35!
‘Safe Deposit’ Leather and PVC Pouch from Anya Hindmarch – Is it just me, or don’t all women constantly wish their purses were more organized? And when it comes to organization, no accessories brand does it better than UK-based Anya Hindmarch and her Labeled Collection. I have been eying this pouch for months and finally caved and it might be one of my best purchases of May. This pouch allows me to keep all my necessities – credit cards, airpods (that I always loose!), keys and eyeglasses – together and easily take them from one purse to another. What’s more – I feel like the PVC will be perfect for the beach this summer. (My other favorite organization tool is my handy $34 label maker from Amazon)
Frederic by Schumacher – You all know I love anything and everything related to design and decor. Therefore, I read just about every design magazine there is and one of my favorite publications is Frederic. The publication, created by the team at Schumacher, comes out three times a year and features exclusive home tours, gift guides, color trends and more. The next issue of Frederic launches on June 14th and it will undoubtedly be one you don’t want to miss – for example, the issue includes a fantastic home designed by Summer Thornton and Jenny Holladay (look at how fabulous the kitchen is!)
I have a special discount for you all – use this link and the code SNEAKPEEK for a one-time discount of 10% off a 3-issue subscription to Frederic.
Daisy Green Glasses from Brooke and Lou – I am always on the hunt for fun cocktail glasses or elements for a pretty table setting. My mom and I came across these sage green glasses that are perfect for my parent’s home in Maine and quickly placed an order. They just arrived this weekend and they are a great sturdy glass and a beautiful green hue. Now it is just time to make a delicious margarita and we will be all set!
*Straight Up Volumizing Peptide Mascara by RMS (shop at Sephora or Follain) – I am constantly on the hunt for the ‘best’ mascara. I wear contacts and my eyes are often dry or itchy, so I HATE when mascaras smudge. Just the other week, RMS released this new mascara and I received a sample with a Follain order I placed. I was immediately impressed with the applicator brush and how the mascara seemed light and feathery on my lashes but also lengthening. The best part, no smudging after wearing it for 12 hours! The team at RMS kindly gifted me this full-size version of the mascara and I am excited to continue using the product in my daily routine! (Stay tuned, ill be sure to share more thoughts after using the product for longer. Perhaps, I should do a wear test with my other clean mascara favorites to see how they compare?)
*The Market Tote by Pamela Munson – I don’t think anyone is ready for summer without a straw handbag and I think of Pamela Munson as the queen of straw and rattan accessories. She really just makes the most amazing purses (read my full blog post reviewing my Pamela Munson handbags here.) I have been using this woven market tote for the last two weeks and it is just perfect. It holds everything you need for running errands around the city or while spending a summer day at the beach. What’s more – I love the sophisticated white embossed croc handles.
Items marked with an * were kindly gifted to Nan from the brands.
