I am excited to introduce a new regular series for Simply Elegant. Check back here on the blog every Monday for Simply Found, a collection of all the latest things that are catching my eye from fashion to home decor. I can happily search the internet all day for the latest and greatest items and I am excited to share a curated collection of items here on the blog each week. From thinks I have purchased to items on my wish-list! 

For this week, I of course had to include Gwyneth’s new cookbook. (And yes, I refer to her on a first name basis…because why not just pretend we are friends?!  Or we could always just call her GP.) I cant wait to sit down and pick out various recipes to try. Some of our go-to recipes are from her past two cookbooks, this Lobster Cobb Salad is one of my favorites.  Has anyone tried any of the recipes from her new cookbook? If you have any recommendations, send them my way! I am eyeing this Cynthia Rowley dress as well as these statement earnings (on sale!) The two would actually work wonderfully together!
