New year means it was time for a new notebook for my daily to-do list! I have had my eye on a leather notebook folder for years and finally 'gifted myself' this A5 Writing Folder from Smythson (in color Taupe.) Everything from Smythson is always so beautiful made and chic! Excited to use this daily!
Beauty Empties! Here is a range of skincare and hair products that I used to the very last drop over the past few months. The products on the left side of the image are tried and true favorites -- items I love and continually repurchase (I actually already had back ups of most of these on hand because I never like to be without them.) The products in the group on the right were so/so for me and I am not planning to repurchase at this moment.
A quick natural everyday makeup look for a February winter day. Today instead of using a heavier foundation I opted for the Les Beiges Water-Fresh Tint from Chanel (shade Medium-Light), it is a great lightweight product that gives your skin a beautiful glow without the heavy feeling of foundation.

One of my goals for 2024 is to read more. So far over the past month and half I have finished eight books, so I am certainly at a better cadence than I was last year. I often read on my Kindle Oasis or listen to audio books via the Libby App or Audible. I find I reach much more often thanks to my kindle, as I love the compact size and how light weight it is! It is so easy to throw in your purse and allows me to read during random quiet moments like on the subway or in a waiting room.

As you all know, I love to give myself at home manicures. One of my favorite nail care brands is the new york based, female-founded brand, TenOverTen. When I was not in my ski outfit I was usually wearing some version of this outfit: my fleece lined leggings (an amazing $30 Amazon find!), Margaux boots and Marfa Stance jacket. (While I was packing for this ski trip my mom reminded me that we were there to ski, not for a fashion show! ha.)
My family and I are out in Deer Valley, Utah to ski for a few days. I had not been skiing in a few years so I needed to update my ski outfit and I turned to Halfdays because I love that they offer inclusive sizing in women's ski outfits (sizes XS - 2x.) An unseasonably warm winter day in New York City called for bare ankles and my favorite Brown Suede Ballet Loafers from Tory Burch. These shoes are a favorite of mine for walking around in New York City, they are just so comfortable! (I am in my true shoe size.)
Celebrating 30! I am in love with this black satin jewel-embellished skirt from ALC (it runs quite big, so I would size down, I am in a size 12 when my pant size is usually 16 or 18.) After considering the Panier Medium Bag from Saint Laurent for what felt like years, I finally went for it and splurged on the crochet raffia tote before heading to the Bahamas. I am happy to report that I am thrilled with my purchase; it is perfect for the beach! I purchased the bag via the Cettire site but you can also find from most other major retailers.
