Emilia Fanjul Pfeifler and her husband Brain share this beautiful Locust Valley home with their three children and their adorable dogs. The white colonial exterior with pale blue shutters might be familiar to many (as it continually pops up on Pinterest;) it comes as no surprise that the interior is equally charming. The family uses the home in Locust Valley as an escape from Manhattan; that is, when they are not at Casa de Campo in the Dominican (which Emilia’s family owns.) Emilia can also be found at The Drawing Room, a trunk show and event space on the Upper East Side of which she is a co-founder.
How beautiful is the guest bedroom with John Rosselli wallpaper on the walls and ceiling? Overall, just a beautiful home designed by Frank de Biasi. The home originally appeared in Vogue. Though the summer days may be slowly disappearing as autumn arrives, images of this home serve as a wonderful escape.
